All Clarity competitions are conducted in accordance with Australian consumer law.
The promoter of all Clarity competitions is Clarity Membership Pty Ltd, ABN 16 601 110 098, operating at [email protected]. By entering any Clarity competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Competitions are open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who hold an active Clarity membership at the time of the draw. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Membership must be active and in good standing (no outstanding payments) for entries to be valid.
Each competition has a defined competition period, which is displayed on the competition page within the member dashboard and on the public homepage. Entries accumulate during the competition period only. The draw date is the final day of the competition period unless otherwise stated.
Entries are allocated to members based on their plan tier and the number of consecutive months of active membership during the competition period:
| Plan | Entries per Month | After 12 Months |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | 1 | 12 |
| Premium | 3 | 36 |
| Elite | 6 | 72 |
Entries accumulate from the member's join date. Entries are not transferable and have no cash value.
All Clarity competitions are conducted as games of skill, not games of chance. Winners are determined by a judging panel who assess entries against a published judging criterion. The judging criterion for each competition is published on the competition page. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. This structure ensures compliance with Australian consumer law and relevant state and territory fair trading legislation.
Prize details, including the prize description and estimated retail value, are published on each competition page. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All prize values are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Winners are determined by the promoter's judging panel within 7 business days of the competition close date. Winners are notified by email to the address registered with their Clarity account. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Winners' first names and states are published on the Clarity website.
Personal information collected in connection with competitions is handled in accordance with the Clarity Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to the promoter using their name and state for winner announcement purposes. The promoter will not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required to fulfil prizes.
